Here is an old, interesting survey from 2003 regarding the demographics and needs of residents of the Cabrini-Green housing project in Chicago. Cabrini Green and Robert Taylor Houses have come to symbolize the problems of urban housing projects, Black crime and Black poverty. The projects were torn down in 2005 and 2007 respectively.
